This home is lovingly called the "bunkhouse" as it previously was used by an outfitter to house hunters that came to our beautiful area. The home is located on 20 acres that has one other home on it that is currently rented. There is plenty of privacy for both homes. The yard that is exclusive to this rental is 1 acre in size. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. This is a long-term rental, and we are looking for someone that wants to rent for a minimum of a year.
