There is elevator access to your apartment and laundry available in the basement. I am currently asking for $1,350-$1,500/month depending on unit size. This includes private parking, water, sewer, and trash. Tenant will pay for electric and any other utilities they desire (internet, cable, etc) If you are still interested, please let me know.
