The home is surrounded by single family homes on all sides so it is peaceful. Washer and Dryer hookups in unit. **There is also plenty of walk in storage under the unit for beds, furniture etc. You could hold over 50 bikes in there! There are motion lights in the front and back that come on for comfort. **This is not an apartment like setting at all. This is only 2 units on a very large lot with palm trees and a picnic area in front of the home with a nice breeze that runs through the home.
