Other: -Water, sewer, and trash pick-up are included -Utilities (electricity, internet/cable) are covered by tenant -Tenant is to maintain the lawn and landscape -Dogs are allowed for a $200 nonrefundable deposit per pet -One month's rent is required for security deposit -Background and credit checks are required and included with an online application for $29 (which you can use for 10 other participating landlords within 30 days) Screening criteria includes: - Income that is 3.5x the monthly rent - No criminal background - Credit score that is 670 or higher - No prior evictions We comply with all federal and state fair housing laws and lead paint laws.
