Although this home has an original classified Victorian facade, the inside has been completely remodeled in a modern loft style, with large open spaces and vaulted ceilings. From the oak floors and white walls, to the large fir beams, this incredible home with windows and French doors all around, is always filled with light. It is eclectically furnished in a shabby chic - mid century vibe, with lots of art, sculptures and books. This 2,600 two story home, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there is an open plan 600 square foot Premier King suite with vaulted ceilings, an en suite bathroom with tub, sink, enclosed toilet and office space. There are spectacular views from three sides; overlooking the bay of Mendocino to the south, the ocean to the west, and north across state park up the coast to Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and beyond. On the ground floor, there is a Queen size bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a glass block shower and 6' claw bathtub with views to the ocean. The third bedroom has a full size bed and an office area. The open downstairs living space consists of three areas; the TV/lounge room, the dining/sitting area, and a bar and fully equipped kitchen. There are extensive redwood wrap around decks to enjoy outdoor dining and sunset cocktails. French doors open up onto the back deck with an additional outdoor dining area, BBQ, four person jacuzzi and infrared sauna. This is the most unique and magical luxury rental in Mendocino Village.
