Welcome to this newly renovated triplex in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Kailua. Come live in Kailua, 10 minute drive to Kailua Beach Park, Lanikai beach and a 15 minute walk from Kalama Beach. Most people's electric bills alone are $200-300/mo (or more) due to our extremely high electric rates. Our solar typically offsets $250-300/mo in electric bills per unit. If there is an electric bill, we split it evenly between the 3 units unless one unit is obviously using far more than the others. Landlords live onsite and are very quick with fixing anything. Full kitchen features new appliances. Mini-split ACs in both bedrooms and in living area/kitchen. Our property hasn't had an outage since the batteries were installed. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, minimal through traffic since the street is a loop with no outlet. Cats ok with additional deposit, but no dogs.
