About This Property

Best 1 bedroom unit in the whole complex. Ground level unit in the back of complex with front patio and large more private back patio. Unit has upgraded fingerprint/keycode/keycard door handle, new under mount sink with touch activated delta sink faucet, extra ceiling fan, in ceiling speakers, new air conditioner with cooling capability for a larger unit, faux wood blinds, new waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring with padded underlayment, new granite counter tops, full size samsung washer and dryer, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The complex features a gated perimeter for both parking and living areas, community gym and barbeque area, and a covered parking space. There is also ample street parking for guests and the neighborhood is extremely safe, we are right by the new police station. All of the neighbors are extremely friendly and in the 5 years I lived there I never had the HOA even send me a warning for a noise complaint so you don't need to worry about people being in your business hassling you. Also the back patio is very private to hang out and grill with friends or family. The unit has two in ceiling speakers that I used for my rear channels in my surround system. The door handle stores over 100 fingerprints and has a keycode, keycard, and actual key to unlock it.
