Our rentals are thoughtfully furnished, in a newer complex located in a quiet, country rural community. Your studio apartment will include all your housing needs; a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove with oven and full size refrigerator as well as a comfortable living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, recliner, desk, Satellite TV with about 60 channels, WIFI and all included in one payment per month. There are no application fees or credit checks but you will need a valid ID and proof of veteran status.
Should you have a canine friend, we have a dog play area and green space for exercise. We also allow cats too, but will charge a non-refundable one-time pet fee for them.
With warmer weather on its way, we also a have patio area with BBQ grills and vending machine for your convenience, enjoyment and an opportunity to be outdoors.
Onsite you will find a laundry area, DVD free rentals, free fax, rental office and maintenance personnel, mail station and delivery shelf too.
All your housing needs are managed and affordable freeing you up to build your life, meet your responsibilities, take care of your health, family and the activities you enjoy. We are about 20 minutes from the VA Hospital and Clinics. We are also conveniently located to the Mayo and Allina Health Systems.
