Enjoy the covered lanai with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, and have fun with game options, including a hockey table. Stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, canoeing, fishing, and on-site water sports facilities are available. Enjoy the private pool with sun loungers and a cantilever umbrella. Please note that the pool is not heated. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Centrally located in Port Charlotte, this home is just minutes from dining, shopping, and local attractions. Enjoy easy access to beaches, parks, and water sports. Nearby attractions include Lister Park, Hickory Bluff Park, Edgewater Park, Elmira Park, McGuire Park, Charlotte Harbor RV Park, Bayshore Live Oak Park, Lincoln Park, Kiwanis Park, Laishley Park, Hidalgo's Crazy Tacos, Brother's Fish House, and Gilded Grape Winery. The home is 12 km from Punta Gorda Airport, 51 km from Page Field, and 66 km from Southwest Florida International Airport. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Check-in time is 3 PM EST and checkout time is 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Every reservation includes a damage waiver program covering up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. We treat regularly for pests, but Florida may have occasional pests.
