Red Wing encompasses a vast swatch of land made up of breathtaking bluffs, riverfront views, vibrant cityscapes, and endless outdoor activities. It’s a relatively small city, with population estimates of around 16,000, it’s an intimate town that has plenty to do.

It’s clear that outdoorsy types will love Red Wing, but it also caters to families with a network of highly-rated schools. Minneapolis is just over an hour away via U.S. 61, but Red Wing’s unbeatable views might make leaving tough.
