Great winter rental in North Myrtle Beach! This condo has been renovated and features a lot of the comforts of home right on the beachfront! It is available from February 1 through March 31, 2024. Windy Village A7 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit is centrally located and only a few minute's drive to many fantastic restaurants and a wide variety of attractions and shopping venues that the area has to offer! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. The oceanfront living room features a full-size sofa as well as patio door access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom does not have a television. The pool is not available for the winter season. This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Windy Village is a raised beach building that does not have an elevator. This unit is completely non-smoking. Guests are given 2 parking passes. No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. This unit is available for monthly rentals starting December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Rent is $1995 per month, security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. Call Southern Coast Vacations at and press option 2 for additional information. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Applications are accepted online only at Background check, rental history, income verification, and credit check are required.
