University Heights is bounded on the west and north by the edge of the mesa, the southern boundary is Lincoln Avenue, and the eastern boundary is Texas Street. The area is filled with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and artist studios primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Live entertainment can be found most nights. Adjacent to Hillcrest, Normal Heights and North Park, additional restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and night clubs are within easy reach. With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended. Due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. No pets allowed. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed.
