55+ community. It is a very nice and bright apartment with a great floor plan providing open access to the large balcony from the living room. 2023 A/C. Stunning sunset view from the balcony. The location is close to the clubhouse, and the main pool. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer to be used FREE of charge. The front door is hurricane-proof, with newer shutters on the balcony. Wynmmor is a very active community with pools, a theater, different classes, restaurants, golf, pickleball, tennis, and, much more. It is close to major stores and has easy access to the major HWYS. The living room rug and the hammock don't convey. For seasonal, $2100 for at least 4 months
