mostly ok
the staff were mostly easy to work with. I have no complaints about it being unsafe or having terrible neighbors. We have however experiences our washer breaking down once a month the past 3 years and UW continuing to fix it (even tho it would be cheaper just to replace it). maintenance is sometimes quick, sometimes slow. last year we went without air conditioning in the 90+ degree weather and UW wouldn't come fix it because it was fourth of July week and needed to be two degrees hotter to be considered an emergency. When we moved it, the hot water did work and we also lived for a WEEK without hot water. no reimbursement from UW for our issues. couldn't shower or properly sanitize laundry or dishes. rent continues to increase for no apparent reason.
