All persons 18+ must submit an application for screening through our website Application fee is $75 and non-refundable. Unless specified, all utilities are the tenants responsibility. To view the home we ask that you come by the office Mon-Fri between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Please bring with you a $40 cash deposit to check out a key to view the properties that you are interested in BEFORE submitting your application. Pet Policy: Cats and Dogs allowed at this property. $250 non-refundable fee per pet and $20/month in pet rent per pet.
