Renewable leases available are monthly, 6-months or for 1-year starting @$6,000/month not including utilities. Utilities are: Internet TV, High-Speed Internet, Water/Sewer, Trash/Recycling Pickup, Exterior Pest and Yard Service as well as electric (usually cost about $500/month).
