A full sized washer and dryer are available to use. There's central heat and an evaporative cooler. There are no steps, making the unit more easily accessible for individuals with mobility issues. Please note that the google street view camera shows the backside of the house from the alley. House is set back from the street, increasing privacy. Garden attracts butterflies, birds, and small wild animals. There are mature shade and fruit trees. Friendly neighborhood is a multi-ethnic mix of long time owners and renters. There are street tacos available on most Fridays. The property is a short walking distance to the heart of downtown: coffee shops, restaurants, senior center, library, museum, theater, performing arts center, city hall, public pool, parks, bowling, and public transportation (bus and metrolink). Property is close enough to enjoy city events (including farmer's market) without having to deal with parking or traffic. Far enough from the hubbub if you choose not to participate. Only mature and responsible people may apply. Maximum occupancy is two. Prefer single occupancy. Minimum one year lease. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Move in cost is $3100.00 plus renters insurance and $200 pet deposit. Pet rent is $25 dollars per month, per pet. Up to two cats. No Dogs. Each Tenant must have: Good credit (minimum FICO score of 670+) and reliable employment history ( >6 months) Income 2.5x the rent.
