Welcome home! My wife and I relocated to Philadelphia to bring our children closer to their relatives and our large loss is your gain. We are happy to share our home with an appreciative and caring renter. We are far enough from SDSU to not know it's there, but close enough to walk to Dirty Birds to enjoy wings and a beer or the nearby YMCA/Kroc Center. Overall, our home boasts 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nine foot ceilings, and central air conditioning. Again, this is not just a rental, this is our home that we look forward to sharing with you. Absolutely no cigarette smoking and we will consider all pet dogs. All occupants over the age of 18 must fill out their own separate application and complete their own background check. Tenants cover all utility costs. Landlords back-bill for landscaping and quarterly exterminator services. Landlords prefer a 24 month lease.
