This fully-furnished 6-bedroom 3-bathroom spacious split-level home is located on a secluded cul de sac, nestled away in a desirable neighborhood near Mulford Rd and Riverside Blvd and Rockford's North-East side. Large garage & driveway provides plenty of free, convenient parking. Plenty of space for trailers and work trucks for construction crews.
Enjoy the beautiful yard lined w/trees. Desks and WiFi make for easy work-from-home. Sprawl out after a long day on our pressure-relieving Zinus mattresses. We provide all towels and linens. Child- & infant-friendly accommodations are available, including a pack-n-play and high chair. Relax in the jacuzzi bathtub under skylights in the master suite. Connect with coworkers or watch TV on the large comfy couches in the cozy fireplace family room. Kitchen is fully stocked with ceramic & plastic dishes, pans, bakeware, crock pot, & more. Retreat to the backyard to enjoy the outdoors, or spend a peaceful evening on the deck next with cushioned patio seating and flickering fire table (seasonal access). Rest easy staying with us!
This is a split-level home, with four main living areas separated via a half-flight of stairs. The living room, dining room, and kitchen with deck access are all situated on the main level.
Three bedrooms, including the master, are on the upper level. The master has a king bed and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. (See house rules for safety.) There is a power recliner with a TV set up in the master bedroom. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other has two twins. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the upper level. TVs for the additional bedrooms are available upon request.
The lower level opens up to the family room with TV and access to the backyard. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower adjacent to the family room. A sleeper couch with pull-out queen bed is tucked away in the family room, next to the stairs, in a cozy corner that isn't in front of windows or too exposed to the main living areas.
There are two bedrooms in the basement, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Bathroom access for these rooms is on the lower level, next to the family room.
You will have access to the entire home , including the living areas, garage, yard, deck, and patio during your stay.
We also rent this home out per room, offering shared common space with fellow remote workers and a private bedroom with keyless entry door lock. If you are traveling with one or more co-workers, we can offer you a discounted rate on monthly rent of multiple rooms. Contact us for details.
My husband and I will be available to you by text, phone call, or email before, after, and throughout your stay if you have any issues, questions, or special requests. We aim for a quick response time and typically respond to messages in under an hour during daylight hours.
