Welcome to Casa de Heights! Conveniently located in the heart of Normal heights and easy walking/uber distance to the best that San Diego has to offer in the area. This house has a spacious and well-designed 450 sq ft of interior space and 450 sq ft of rooftop space. This mini-castle is a private and a stand-alone house (not townhouse as listed) at the back of the property, with its gated front entrance and private gated driveway. The house comes fully-furnished. The bedroom features a king-sized memory gel foam bed, 65" smart TV and a spacious walk-in close. The mini-split heating and cooling unit is also located in the bedroom. Wall outlets on both sides of the bed have USB chargers. The bathroom features dual rainfall shower heads and two wall-niches, as well as a towel heater and LED bathroom fan. The bedroom and living room have accent LED lighting that is great for movie nights or a comfortable ambiance. The living room features a pull-out queen-sized sofa that can sleep up to two additional people, as well as a 55" smart TV and countertop seating for two. The wall is decorated with beautifully reclaimed redwood that is at least 70 years old. The kitchen is fully equipped including a blender, crockpot cooking/baking trays, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, various utensils and spices as well as a variety of coffee and teas. The Jacuzzi comfortably sits 4 people and has curtains for added privacy. Underneath the stairs, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. The driveway will comfortably fit a mid-sized car or small truck with access from the alley. The gate is controlled by remote, so there is no need to manually open/close the gate and the driveway has a dedicated 40 Amp EV charging outlet. Upstairs is the epitome of outdoor living. The interior walls are wrapped in the same reclaimed redwood as the living room with a fantastic westward view, 100" projector screen (best used when it's darker outside), gas patio heater, gas firepit and gas BBQ. The rooftop has a pergola that provides shade and some protection from the rain if you want to watch TV outside. The rooftop deck is great for sunset views! The house and outdoor living area feature an integrated home theatre system including Roku, Cox cable (over 150 channels) and high-speed internet that ties all of the spaces together, as well as curtains that can be closed for more privacy/better ambiance. House comes fully furnished for all price options. No smoking in the house. No sub-letting/Short Term Rental. Minimum credit score of 620, income must be at least 2.5X rent and completely verifiable. Listed rent price in based on a 12-month rental with trash/recycling included. Water is $35/per person per month, solar panels $150 per month (it can cover your electric bill depending on usage) Gas/Electric/Internet/Cable in tenants name. 6-month: $3,800 per month plus water and solar.
