Some newer windows in 2022. This property has a nice front porch and front lawn for tenant use. The back lawn and back porch are for upstairs residents. This is a smoke free property!!! No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the property. No pets. The tenant will pay for all the utilities. Water, sewer, garbage will be billed to the tenant. The tenant will pay the following fees: rental registration($40 annually) and storm water($37 annually). A one time parking deposit is required and will be returned when the parking pass is returned at move out. Tenant must meet the income requirement of 3 times the rent and have a credit score of at least 650.
