Sitting directly north of Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and adjacent to SeaWorld San Diego, Clairemont is a large neighborhood with much to offer. It is directly east of La Jolla and Pacific Beach, so residents are minutes away from some of San Diego’s best beaches. The neighborhood is home to San Diego Mesa College and the University of California San Diego is only about four miles north, making Clairemont a great option for students.

Clairemont offers some terrific parks, including Tecolote Canyon Natural Park. This vast park covers 903 acres and is a terrific hiking destination.
