We value communication and like to maintain a positive, drama-free environment where everyone feels comfortable. While we live together, we also respect each other's privacy and personal space. Keeping things tidy and organized is important to us, ensuring shared spaces are always welcoming. We believe in open communication and maintaining a drama-free environment. While we enjoy spending time together, we respect each other's privacy and enjoy our quiet moments too. We're looking for someone mature, clean, respectful, and considerate-someone who brings good energy and is nice to be around. About our Condo: The condo is fully furnished, so we aren't bringing in more furniture for the shared areas. The available bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to set it up however you'd like. Each bedroom has a closet, and there's additional shared storage space in the condo. Of course, storage is limited, so this home wouldn't be a good fit for someone who tends to accumulate too much. Because we keep our home clean and organized, we're looking for someone who naturally does the same-so no one has to remind each other about dishes or tidying up. Location perks: Peaceful complex, very close to both I-5 and I-805, and just a 15-minute walk to the UTC Transit Center at Westfield Mall.
