Walking dist. to Sprint Center (0.8 miles), Power and Light district (0.8 miles), Crossroads (1 mile), and River Market area (0.8 miles). Only 3-4 blocks from the streetcar. It's unlikely you'll find a better deal on a 2-bed in west downtown! Comes with exactly 1 parking spot (i.e. the parking spot comes with the $1250 price). Washer and dryer in the unit. Ideal for an individual who doesn't mind a few stairs and wishes to live in a neighborhood filled with working professionals. The kitchen was renovated in the last decade. Please reply with some information about yourself. No animals allowed is the policy. The unit is unfurnished. Other than appliances, the only content shown in pictures that would remain is the TV mounted on wall in living room and a smaller one in bedroom #2. Available starting Dec 1, 2025.
