Very charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath farmhouse on a secluded 300 acre farm. This house sits about 600 yards off the road and is very private with no other houses in sight. The entire house has been freshly renovated. It includes a nice size living room with hardwood floors, a very large kitchen with all appliances, freshly updated bathrooms, and all three bedrooms have brand new wood floors. The master bedroom is a very nice size. The square footage does not include the basement, which has also been freshly updated and includes laundry hook ups for washer and dryer. The basement offers tons of storage space and could also be used for a nice workshop. If your desire is for a quiet, private house in the country, then this is an ideal location. We are about 15 minutes from Pulaski and about an hour from Huntsville. The rent is $1500 per month. To move in I require first months rent plus a $1500 security deposit. My preference is for a two-year lease agreement. Please be aware that I intend to do a very thorough vetting process of the new tenants. In the past, we have had a few tenants who were wonderful and took great care of the property but sadly we have had more than a few who did a tremendous amount of damage and were frequently late or skipped out entirely. If you have a questionable rental history, poor credit, or tend to be a rather dirty housekeeper then this house is not for you. However, if you are a person who pays timely and takes good care of the property then you will find that we will get along very well and it will be a great relationship.
