The condo is a great location - about 15 minutes walking to the heart of Adams avenue. My current renter has loved living there for 2.5 years but is moving to San Francisco for work. I am a San Diego native that has also lived in the unit, and I loved it. It is important to rent from an owner that cares for the place and is local and that is definitely me! Rent is $2,000 with a refundable deposit of $1,500.00. Water is included, SDGE is not. Rent is due on or before the first of every month.
