It's a good-sized home, 1,369 sq ft., very spacious, with lots of storage space, immediate access to a pool, jacuzzi, and spa (steps from the front door). The landscaping all around the neighborhood is very well maintained and beautiful. Easy, pleasant, and safe walk around the neighborhood with views of the mountain ranges. Easy access to freeways, shopping (Traders, Sprouts, mall, etc.), and recreation. Walking/biking distance to the Sacramento River Trail entrance is only (0.5 mi), leading straight to Sun Dial / Turtle Bay Exploration Park / BSSM. Or ... continue the trail around the Sacramento River for fun!
