Fully furnished unit and prefect for someone on work assignment, traveling nurses, or in between residences. Apartment can sleep 1 or 2 with a queen bed and a 2nd TV & AC in the bedroom also. The workstation is on wheels so it can be moved easily if you prefer the desk be in the living room area. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, microwave, Air fryer toaster oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot and a tea kettle. In the bathroom there is also a washer & dryer, tub / shower combo and double sinks. Nice roof top pool, multiple BBQ areas, a gym, sauna and security too. GE & TA will be charged along with the deposit & cleaning fee. This is not a daily rental. Apartment available for 30 days min, for Nov 2023 and includes utilities, cable tv, internet & one assigned parking stall. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no parties allowed.
