Located in the very quiet neighborhood known as "Lakewood Village", we are just 10 houses from the L.B.City College. This second story one bedroom unit has the privacy you want, but the openness desired with 6 windows allowing plenty of light, covered by new cordless window blinds. Fresh paint brings a newness to the unit. When we went to install new carpet, we found the original floor was real oak wood. So we opted to restore the wood as the photos show, it turned out better than we had hoped. Utilities are provided by So. Cal. Edison for electricity supply, Long Beach City is the Gas and Trash pick up provider. We provide and pay for the water , grounds keeping, and monthly pest control. We installed a new A/C unit in the bedroom and the gas wall heater in the living room will warm you when you know the outside is cold. Two overhead fan/lights in both the bedroom and living room will give you power to move air to achieve greatest comfort. Our on site laundry is $1.25 for wash, and $1.00 for a full 45 minute dry cycle. The laundry is only available for our tenants and is available 24/7, so you won't have to run to a laundromat to keep your clothes clean. I love this area of Long Beach.
