Located in Campustown, an active and vibrant slice of Ames, this apartment is conveniently located 6 minutes away from ISU, several eating establishments, and local attractions. Nearby parks include Christopher Gartner Park, Munn Woods, and Franklin Park. It's a 5-minute drive to Iowa State University and Jack Trice Stadium and close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Community amenities such as the pool, gym, and other shared spaces may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local ordinances beyond our control. The community also sets its own hours of operation and policies that guests are required to follow (for example, posted pool and gym rules). While guests are welcome to enjoy these amenities when available, access is not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for amenity closures or limited access during your stay. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. While we do not manage other units, we strive to maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur. While we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents.
