Great place and location
Moved in with just my suitcase. It was completely furnished, including linens, towels, pots, pans and dishes, even wine glasses. Liked the King size bed. Private back porch was a nice touch. The place is pretty large for a one-bedroom apartment, it's actually the ENTIRE floor (I loved all the extra space). High-end location helped with some meetings and business, as well as being much safer, quieter (REALLY quiet), and cleaner than the rest of the city. Easy to move in and just live there. Kind of sad to leave.
We were between homes, sold and the wasnt ready for a while. We put all in storage and tearfully searched the horrors of furnished places and suddenly and unexpectedly found this beauty in front of this beautiful Park. A huge king bed lost in tbis huge bedroom with tall ceiling heights overlooking the park. Generously big livingroom with built-ins and vaulted ceiling woodwork. Tasteful beautiful baths, well modernly equipped large kitchen. The huge porch in the back with lantern light made our evenings and dinners delightful. I felt better here than in the house i came from. This places is Aces!
Comfort and serenity
I did not expect this serenity when i found this place. Well kept historic building and the very wise friendly property manager takes care of it like its his baby. I cooked many gourmet dishes here just because I enjoyed the kitchen. Understandanly it is a very old building but it is well cared for and it shows. My 5 month assignment in Albany concluded and i went back home but i really miss my stay. I highly recommend this place.
I recommend with confidence!
The park view is worth a $Million! The beautiful 12-foot tall ceiling height in this apartment made me feel like I'm at a mansion. Manager was very helpful and accommodating. The place was fully furnished, large, comfortable with quality. With restaurants, museum short and long distance transportation within walking distance. The Park view upscale block, very safe location couldn't possibly be more convenient. This is a great place and totally unexpected in Albany. I loved it and recommend it. A
