There is a magical outdoor bathhouse with a clawfoot tub, two showers and toilet. The home is located on 11.5 acres, with hiking trails around the property. You can scarcely see any neighbors. It is important to note that the town of Crescent City is 45 minutes away. There is no cell service, but satellite Wi-Fi is included in the rent price. This is a dreamy location for an artist, writer or any individual looking to get out of the city and sit with the quietness of nature for some time. We included a few photos of the winter snow, but these conditions are not typical. The winter months get rainy, but the weather is not the same as coastal Nor Cal. We found that there's a lot more winter sun at our place. The main road in is county maintained and the driveway down to the property is about 2 minutes at 10mph. The water is one of the best parts of this land! It is alive and delicious. Our house is plumbed with filtered water from the creek which is very clean. We get our drinking water from the spring down the road. It is some of the best water in the world. Monthly renters will need to operate the generator, propane and diesel heaters, and the water pump. We can give you instructions for all of these machines. There are a decent amount of tools out there including basic garden tools, landscaping tools, chainsaws and more... Everything you need is already there. This property is an absolute gem! We would love to have renters out there who truly appreciate it.
