Room 1 has a queen-sized bed, Room 2 has a twin over full-size bunk bed. The top twin bed can be removed upon request for 3+ months renters. Large comfortable couch in the living room. 55" 4K smart TV. Dedicated workspace in each room for remote working professionals. Fast WiFi(200+Mbps), Cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: Microwave, Large and Mini Ovens, Toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. You'll see some of my personal items that you can borrow(boogie board, sleeping bags, etc). More amenities: - Assigned covered parking stall for compact car(Can be bigger cars if you are a very good driver). - 3 Guest Parking stalls(no overnight), - Large Private park by Ala Way canal for pets running and friends gathering. - Big mango tree produce lots of mangos in June, - EV charging capability, - Additional half bathroom in the building, - WhatsApp group for the community to help each. Flexible terms. - $3,600/month for 6+ month - $3,750/month for 3-6 month Rates include all utilities, no smoking/vaping. Maximum 4 occupants. $3600 security deposit plus $300 cleaning fee.
