Nestled in a quiet, established neighborhood in Nampa, Idaho, it's secluded yet close to shopping and just 10 minutes from the freeway. This home is set-up for 8-10 guests, 4-6 adults comfortably and a slew of kiddos. This home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. The outdoor and garage amenities, including BBQ grills, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the host does their best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. A great location to visit family or a nice retreat while in town for work, this home is located on N Sugar Ave, right after Sugar Loop Ln. Nampa opened its amalgamated sugar plant in 1942, and "Sugar" plays a big role in Nampa. The minimum age to rent is 21. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved. Please refill the hot tub above the highest jet if used and the home has one available. Please treat the hot tub with care and respect; if it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. No vaping or smoking is allowed in the home, and any smoking, including vaping and cannabis, inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM; late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, the host cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic.
