Feel at home in this custom-built home, The Sugar House, situated right next to Indian Creek with mature trees and a walking path. Nestled in a quiet, established neighborhood in Nampa, Idaho, it's secluded but close to shopping and 10 minutes from the freeway, making it a great location to visit family or a nice retreat while in town for work. This home is set-up for 8-10 guests, 4-6 adults comfortably and a slew of kiddos. Outdoor and garage amenities, including barbecue grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the host does their best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present. Follow I-84 W to Nampa and take exit 38 from I-84 W. Continue on Garrity Blvd until N Sugar Ave and take a left. Go all the way down pass the Victory Rd stop sign. The house will be on the left-hand side right after Sugar Loop Ln. You have gone too far if you get to E Railroad St. The minimum age to rent is 21. No vaping or smoking is allowed in the home. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of furniture, no animals on furniture, do not leave alone without being crated if it is a pet-friendly home. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved. Please refill the hot tub above the highest jet if used and the home has one available. Please treat the hot tub with care and respect. If it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, the host cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home. [SI]
