Please note there are NO PETS allowed and utilities are not included. Located one block from State Street and 2 blocks to the river/Rail Trail. Spend the summer enjoying downtown living with all the restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, art galleries and performing arts that beautiful Newburyport has to offer.
