Two large bedrooms on the second floor with a large bathroom which includes a tub and a shower. The third floor has a bonus room and office. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there are all the towels, blankets and comforters you will need. You just have to bring a tooth brush. Please note there are NO PETS allowed and utilities are not included. Located one block from State Street and 2 blocks to the river/Rail Trail. Enjoy the public beaches in Salisbury and Plum Island which are, both, a short ride away. Spend the summer enjoying downtown living with all the restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, art galleries and performing arts that beautiful Newburyport has to offer.
