Just across from Spider Lake’s popular island and sandbar, you’ll enjoy easy access to lake activities, while nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and scenic trails keep essentials and recreation close at hand. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful place to relax or a convenient base for exploring Northern Michigan, this cottage delivers the perfect lakeside retreat for the off-season. Rental Policy: - No pets, smoking, fireworks, events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. - Terms and fees may vary based on the length of stay. - Advertised terms are for the entire mid-term/off-season rental period. - $2000 Refundable security deposit (1 month's rent) - Cleaning fee $400. - Utilities are included up to $500 per month.
