Dogs permitted but cats are not; other animals at landlord's discretion - up to 2 dogs generally ok but they cannot have a human biting history ($25 onetime fee and $25 per month per animal). First month, security deposit (same as first month) and signed lease required for possession. Application looks at income (minimum 3x rent), credit score (no minimum since part of a comprehensive applicant score), rental history (12+ months at current residence - no evictions), employment history (6+ months continuous work history) and criminal background (no violent felonies or applicable crimes). Application fee of $75 per adult resident which is refunded if we enter into a lease or you are approved. Please note that section 8 is NOT accepted.
