If you choose to submit an application, you agree to the terms and conditions of the application that state your $40.00 application fee is non-refundable regardless if someone ahead of you is approved. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS PROPERTY ONLY:
The rental decision is based on these four combined factors:
1. Good Credit History (no past or present accounts in collections, no charge offs, no debt settlements, no late payments, no negative credit items, etc.)
2. Positive Rental References (Paid on-time, no lease violations, no balance owed, etc.)
3. Gross Monthly Income (Proof that gross household income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.)
4. Your Lease Start Date (Looking to start the lease within 1 week of the listing available date.)
