Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. [SI]
