The kitchen and dining room are equipped with brand new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, including an 8-person dining table and a large kitchen island. The property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Home to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville offers amazing local restaurants, shops, and popular bike trails. Whether visiting the University or exploring local eateries, there's something for everyone. The property is conveniently located near the college campus with access to public transit, bike trails, and ride-share options. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine.
