As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a large - bright living room. Three of the bedrooms are located on the main floor as well as a full bathroom and kitchen. The main floor is all hard surface flooring (shiny hardwoods, and ceramic in the entry, kitchen, and bathroom). The basement has free laundry, another bedroom with private bath, and a large bonus room perfect for a pool or ping pong table. This home has both front and back yard decks. The back yard stretches out to the alley, so its the perfect space for a game of bocce ball or frisbee. Pets okay within our guidelines. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $2160 as well as electric, gas, sewer, and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.
