Prime location while still having plenty of outside private space. Cats are allowed and are an extra $25 a month. Dogs are not allowed. $25 application fee. Need to have 1.5 times the rent as a security deposit. Need to have a credit score of above 580. I will not consider anyone with an eviction or felony history.
