Located on Yaupon Ave., on the East side of Hwy 17, this apartment is a short golf cart ride across the marsh to Garden City Beaches. Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise, it's also conveniently close to 3 grocery stores, several local restaurants, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, all within 10 minutes. Garden City Beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and laid-back pace of life. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age requirement is 25. Occupancy may not exceed 6 guests, including infants and children. The property is non-smoking.
