Feel at home in this luxury-style resort apartment, complete with a backyard oasis. This apartment features a second floor main entrance. This apartment features a modern kitchen fully equipped with a full pots and pans cooking set, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and drip coffee maker. There is an open and airy sitting room, a dining room with seating for 6, and a spacious living room with leather couches and a full Murphy bed. The master en-suite is furnished with a king-size bed, desk, and dresser with full bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor oasis that includes a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor kitchen with grill and sink, a fire pit, a covered patio with conversation set and dining set, and a half bath. Also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Located less than 1 mile to downtown and 3 miles to St. Augustine Beach, this apartment is within walking distance to local favorite spots such as Mojos Taco's, Llama, and Mellow Mushroom. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Includes a private office space with built-in desk. [SI]
