Furnished Private Room & private bath, quiet neighborhood, pool & laundry facilities, convenient near San Diego State, freeways and shopping centeres (Costco, Mission Valley). My partner and have a second bedroom in our condo in La Mesa. It's $1000 a month + $105 for utilities/wifi. $10 off ($990 mo.) if rented in next 2 weeks. It is a fully furnished room with walnut-color Pergo flooring and closet space. Deposit is one month's rent. Laundry room and pool on site, flexible month-to-month lease (we hope tenant can stay for 6 months to a year) Room is 9x12, plus extra closet space ( 7 x 2 ft) with shelves. Full bath with shower. You are welcome to use all of my cookware and cleaning products (pots/pans/plates/brooms/etc). 3 miles away from SDSU, 1.5 miles to the trolly station (to campus). Near Costco, Grossmont Center and Mission Valley for shopping, only 7-10 miles away from downtown San Diego. Ample street parking if you have a car.
