About This Property
This 5 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that has a great layout. Has new roof, furnace, hot water tank, and newer flooring and paint. Full basement with washer / dryer hook up. Home has off street parking but no garage. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also close to I-90/SR-2 and turnpike. This home is pet friendly to both cats and small dogs. We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income, job history and landlord references. If interested please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants. We can’t easily answer that question because everyone has a different opinion on that. Our suggestion is to drive by a property at several different times of the day and you will get a very realistic feel for what you can expect when you live at this property.
