Pets are not allowed, with a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund for violations. If the apartment is left messy, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant will apply. If more guests than initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged. Delaying housekeeping attendants at check-out will incur a $50 charge. A maintenance agent may occasionally perform upkeep on facilities and equipment, with indoor access only in emergencies.
