If the apartment is left in a messy condition, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant will apply. Guests are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring in the apartment. If more guests than initially stated in the reservation stay at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged, and the initial number of guests must be respected.
