Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, inspiration is around every corner. Summer suggestions include walking or biking through Parc La Fontaine or Mount Royal, exploring Mont-Royal Avenue with its terraces, cafés, and local shops, renting a BIXI bike to discover the Plateau’s charming residential streets, and enjoying street performances and festivals just steps away. Winter activities include ice skating at Parc La Fontaine or Parc Jeanne-Mance, cozying up in a nearby café or enjoying a show at Théâtre Saint-Denis, visiting the Écomusée du fier monde, browsing galleries or independent bookstores, and exploring unique shops and gourmet treats within a 5-minute walk. Entry is self-check-in via a secure key lockbox located outside the building. The person responsible for the reservation must be 25 years of age or older to ensure a respectful and calm environment for all guests and neighbors. Dinner gatherings between friends are welcome, as long as all guests are registered on the reservation. For security and insurance reasons, no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund for violations. If more guests than the number initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged, and the initial number of guests mentioned in the reservation must be respected. If the apartment is left in a messy condition, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant will apply. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness occurring in the apartment. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all customers expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. A maintenance agent may occasionally come by during your stay to perform upkeep on the facilities and equipment to ensure they function properly. In case of an emergency requiring access to indoor equipment, the agent may exceptionally need to enter the accommodation. This will only happen as a last resort to ensure your comfort. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. A late check-out charge of $50 applies between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and any guest still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.
