Also, it has close access to the 105 and 405 freeways and LAX across the street. We have excellent schools and a great community. There are lots of great restaurants downtown and also several good bars. This town is "Mayberry by the Sea." El Segundo is like a piece of the Midwest dropped in the middle of Los Angeles.
